What moves the price
For herbs, the drivers are blend recipe, cut format, organic status, pack size, private label print, cut size, caffeine free, bulk pack size — the same item can land at either end of the band depending on how those are specified.
Published US-facing wholesale herb pricing is most available from dried-herb and bulk-herb suppliers, where price moves mainly by herb species, organic certification, cut/whole form, and whether the herb is sold by the ounce, pound, or case. Fresh-herb distributors also quote case prices for basil, cilantro, parsley, mint, and similar items, but those are much less standardized and usually reflect seasonal supply, pack size, and transit losses. For a mid-range custom configuration, the most realistic sourcing routes are bulk dried-herb wholesalers and foodservice produce distributors; potted or freshly cut customized herbs generally price higher and are harder to ladder cleanly at large MOQs.
