Price Label: wholesale price

A typical US business buyer pays a median of $0.13 per unit at small order quantities, falling to $0.035 at volume, on a typical 12-day lead time. These medians come from published supplier pricing. Treat them as a starting point for a sourcing conversation rather than a binding quote.

5,000–9,999 units$0.065

What moves the price

For price label, the drivers are dimensions, material stock, chemical resistance, adhesive type — the same item can land at either end of the band depending on how those are specified.

For custom printed retail price labels, the biggest price drivers are material and construction: paper vs BOPP/vinyl, permanent vs removable adhesive, freezer/water resistance, and roll vs sheet format. Real supplier pricing shows paper/BOPP wholesale labels commonly stepping down from roughly $0.08–$0.25 at sub-1k volumes to about $0.02–$0.05 at 25k+ volumes, with faster digital runs at low MOQ and flexographic/mass-production pricing at higher MOQ. The most realistic supplier routes are US-facing online label printers for 500–5,000 units, and direct offshore manufacturing or import/landed-equivalent quotes for 10,000+ units.
